Return Policies

All books purchased from [AVA Orange] official website can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the books are in their original condition and have not been damaged or used.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we kindly request your cooperation in the following:

  1. Package Inspection: Upon receiving your package, please thoroughly inspect it for any signs of damage before accepting it from the courier. This includes checking for dents, tears, punctures, or any other indication of mishandling.

  2. Damage Notification: If you discover any damage to the packaging, please do not accept the delivery. Instead, immediately contact us at +91 011 4608 9253 to report the issue.

We have return policy only for India and that to the freight has to be paid by the receiver.

To return a book, please follow these steps:

  • Pack the book in its original packaging, if possible.
  • Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
  • Write a brief note explaining why you are returning the book.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7 to 10 business days and issue a full refund to the original form of payment or they can recieve another copy of the product.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Ebooks are not refundable or return
• Books that have been damaged or used
• Books that have been shrink-wrapped and the shrink wrap has been opened
• Books that are custom-made or specially ordered
• Books that are part of a set or series
