Sai Nandan Morapakula is pursuing his PhD in quantum computing at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. He worked as an ex-Research Software Engineer at Qkrishi, where he focused on quantum finance, particularly portfolio optimization problems for financial corporations. Additionally, he has worked as a research intern at Fractal Quantum AI lab focusing on protein-ligand interaction problems using variational quantum algorithms. He has actively published research on various applications of quantum computing, ranging from natural language processing to finance and quantum chemistry. He leads and manages the Quantum Open Source Foundation Mentorship program globally.
Srinjoy Ganguly is a PhD researcher in quantum technologies at University College London and an IBM Qiskit Advocate. Formerly, he was a Lead Quantum AI Research Scientist at Fractal Quantum AI lab, a Clinical Professor of Practice for Quantum Technologies at Woxsen University, and an Associate Supervisor at the University of Southern Queens land supervising a PhD student in quantum machine learning. An author of multiple quantum books and research papers across quantum chemistry, quantum machine learning, quantum NLP, and materials science. He holds triple master’s degrees in Quantum Technologies, Quantum Computing Technology, and AI, along with a bachelor’s in electronics and communications engineering. He has published two Udemy courses– Quantum Computing Ultimate Masterclass (14,000+ enrollments globally) and QNLP using the Lambeq Toolkit (3000+ enrollments globally). Srinjoy has delivered expert talks at IITs, IEEE SPS, and various platforms on QML, QNLP, and Quantum Computing. His QNLP talk at IIT Madras earned praise from Bob Coecke (QNLP Pioneer and Chief Scientist at Quantinuum) and Ilyas Khan (CEO of Quantinuum). Adarsh Kumar has over 19 years of experience in research and academics, specializing in computer science and information technology. He currently serves as a professor at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. He has also worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Software Research Institute (SRI) at Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland, and Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Morocco. During this time, he contributed to multi-million euro research projects funded by Enterprise Ireland, Science Foundation Ireland, and the European Union H202(), focusing on developing methods to detect and combat cybersecurity attacks. These projects involved collaboration With ten partners from eight European countries, including renowned institutions such as the Technical University Of Darmstadt (Germany), the University Of Oxford (UK)t and the Polish Academy Of Sciences. Additionally, he has served as an assistant professor in the Department Of Computer Science and Information Technology at Jaypee Institute Of Information Technology, Noida, India.
Alberto Maldonado-Romo is a PhD in Computer Science. He currently leads the Quantum Open Source Foundation (QOSF), a prominent organization dedicated to fostering quantum technology development. His leadership was instrumental in organizing the 2022 QOSF mentorship program. As a passionate advocate for quantum computing, Alberto has held key roles in various organizations. He is an ambassador for the Unitary Fund and a dedicated Qiskit user. His skills and expertise have been recognized with prestigious awards, including victories in QCHack 2021 and QHack 2022.
