Index
Shrey Sharma, a graduate in Electronics and Communication from M.D. University, Rohtak, Haryana, has been passionate about Internet of Things (IOT) technology since his pre-final year of engineering. His journey began with an internship in the domain and culminated in the creation of SmarDen, an IoT-based startup focused on transforming homes, hotels, and enterprises into smart spaces.
SmarDen not only automates these spaces but also provides an IoT platform for developers. This cloud-based solution empowers them with an MQIT server, back-end, dashboard, and mobile application, fostering innovation within the IoT Ecosystem.
Starting with no clients, products, or team, SmarDen has grown into a thriving Start-up and now registered under Start-up India and MSME. Up till now, SmarDen has automated homes for more than thousands of people across India and Nigeria. Starting from home automation to builder projects, SmarDen is now providing IoT Solutions for homes, offices, buildings, data centers and custom IoT projects.
Driven by his passion for education, Shrey has delivered lectures and hosted seminars, webinars, and workshops on IoT at prestigious institutions like VIT (Vellore), Amity University, Thakur College (Mumbai), BKBIET (Pilani), and VCE (Rohtak). He even conducted webinars for MNCs like Adani Transmission and did workshops for in-house Indian Railway officers at the National Academy of Indian Railways, contributing his expertise to national development.
Shreys mission is to make IoT accessible and affordable, from product development and implementation to services and learning. His dedication to democratizing this transformative technology positions him as a leader in the IoT space.
